How we started and why it matters

We used to work for the big agencies

The ones where every customer interaction follows a script and profit margins matter more than whether someone actually enjoys their holiday. After years of watching travelers get shuffled through cookie-cutter packages, we decided there had to be a better approach.

In 2017, we opened our own agency in Glasgow with a straightforward goal: treat people the way we'd want to be treated when spending our own money on travel. That means listening to what someone actually wants rather than selling them whatever clears inventory.

What guides our work

We plan around you, not our margins

If a direct booking saves you money and makes more sense for your trip, we'll tell you. Our business model relies on repeat customers who trust us, not one-time sales that maximize commission.

Local knowledge matters

We maintain relationships with guides and hosts across our destinations. When something goes wrong or you want to adjust plans mid-trip, those connections make the difference.

Honest pricing

You see exactly what you're paying for and why. No hidden fees discovered at checkout, no surprise charges after you return.

Real support

When you're traveling, you can reach someone who knows your itinerary and can actually help. Not a call center in another country reading from a database.

The people behind your trips

Small team, focused expertise. Everyone here has lived in or extensively traveled the regions we cover.

Team collaboration in travel planning

Our planning team includes former tour guides, hospitality professionals, and travelers who've made every mistake possible so you don't have to. We speak seven languages collectively, have visited 34 countries, and maintain active relationships with local experts across Scotland and Europe.

When you work with us, you're not assigned to whoever happens to be available. We match you with the team member whose expertise best fits your destination and travel style.

How we build your itinerary

01

Initial conversation

We ask about your travel style, interests, budget, and any concerns. This usually takes 30 minutes and helps us understand what success looks like for you.

02

Draft itinerary

Within three days, you receive a detailed plan with accommodations, activities, and transport. We include alternatives for each component so you can adjust based on preference.

03

Refinement

We revise based on your feedback. Most itineraries go through two or three versions before booking.

04

Booking and preparation

Once you approve the plan, we handle all reservations and send you a comprehensive travel packet with contacts, confirmations, and recommendations.
