What to expect

After you get in touch, one of our team will respond within 24 hours to arrange an initial conversation. This usually takes 30 minutes and can happen over email, phone, or video call depending on your preference.

During that conversation, we'll ask about your travel interests, budget, dates, and any specific requirements. Within three business days after that, you'll receive a draft itinerary with accommodation options, suggested activities, and transport details.

Most itineraries go through two or three revisions before booking. We don't charge for the planning process—you only pay when you're ready to confirm reservations.

Do you charge for itinerary planning?

No. The planning process is included when you book through us. If you choose not to proceed with booking, there's no charge for the consultation.

Can you work with specific budget constraints?

Yes. We build itineraries at various price points and can prioritize where you want to spend more or save. Being upfront about budget helps us make better recommendations.

How far in advance should I contact you?

Three to six months for European trips, six to twelve months for peak season travel or complex itineraries. We can accommodate shorter timelines when availability permits.

Do you handle group bookings?

Yes. We regularly arrange trips for families, friend groups, and small corporate teams. Group dynamics and preferences are part of our planning conversation.

What if I need to cancel or change plans?

Cancellation terms depend on the specific bookings we make on your behalf. We always prioritize flexible options where possible and explain the policies before you commit.
